It's simple!

Choose your package (Essential, Complete, or Ultimate), complete your purchase, and you'll receive an email with instructions on how to submit your photos and questionnaire. Once we receive your photos, our certified colour analyst will personally review your colouring and deliver your results within 3 business days.

Please submit at least 2 photos and a maximum of 4 photos. All photos must be:

• Bare-faced (no makeup at all—we need to see your natural skin tone)

• Hair pulled back (so we can see your face, neck, and natural colouring clearly)

• Shoulders up (head and shoulders visible)

• Natural lighting (ideally outside or in a well-lit room near a window)

• No shadows on your face (avoid harsh direct sunlight or dim indoor lighting)

Important: Please take photos in good quality with clear lighting. We may request additional photographs if the ones submitted are not suitable for accurate analysis or if we need more angles to compare before delivering your final results report.

If the photos you submit aren't clear enough for an accurate analysis, we'll send you a follow-up email requesting additional photos. We want to make sure your results are as accurate as possible, so please be prepared to submit more photos if needed. This won't delay your results significantly: we just need to see your true colouring clearly.

Here's a quick guide:

• Essential is perfect if you just want to know your season and see your colour palette.

• Complete is our most popular package as it includes everything in Essential plus a comprehensive styling guide so you know how to actually use your colours.

• Ultimate is ideal if you want the complete picture: your season, styling guidance, AND hair and makeup recommendations.

If you're unsure, we recommend Complete as it gives you both the colour knowledge and the practical tools to use it confidently.

All sales are final. Due to the personalised nature of our service, we cannot offer refunds once your analysis has been completed and delivered. However, if you have questions about your results or need clarification, we're happy to help! Simply reply to your results email and our analyst will assist you.

Yes. Your photos are used solely for conducting your colour analysis and are stored securely. We delete all submitted photos within 30 days of delivering your results. We will never use your photos for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit written consent. Your privacy is important to us.
